CAN I APPLY FOR NIW WHILE OUTSIDE THE U.S.?

Individuals can apply for the National Interest Waiver (NIW) while outside the United States. The NIW process is not restricted to those physically present in the U.S., providing flexibility for qualified applicants to initiate and pursue their NIW application from abroad. However, it is essential for individuals applying from outside the U.S. to adhere to the specific application requirements and engage with immigration professionals to ensure a comprehensive and successful submission.
